MDS Clutching is pleased to offer two style of weights.  C-1 Arctic Cat and the P-1 Polaris weight. The focus of these weights were on the 700-800 class, on both stock and modified sleds.  We also obtained exceptional results on higher HP sleds, (example, M-1000's showing 8-12 mph track speed on long hill climbs.) Proven on our load cell dyno and in the field. All weights are made from the highest quality heat treated 4140 material available.

 Countless hours of design and development went into our weight designs. Using only OEM springs and helixes on our load cell track dyno plus hill time brought us to our end result a quicker harder accelerating sled, all while retaining OEM spring rates and helixes. In our testing we achieved more HP to the track (8HP average), cooler belt temps (added belt life) and lower clutch temps(less slippage) which all add up to one thing better performance.

At MDS adjustability was also a factor taken into account these weights have the capability of running 0-10,000 ft. with no moving parts, just straight forward thinking.  With basic knowledge of primary clutches you can install them yourself.  Just let us know average elevation you ride at and we will set them up for you with adjustability for the occasional trip to higher or lower elevations which ever may apply.
